Is Flow365 FollowUp a task app?
Flow365 FollowUp is centered on open loops: people waiting on you, things you are waiting on, reminders, deadlines, drafts, and next steps. Tasks are part of that, but the product is designed around follow-through.
Does the AI send messages automatically?
The first version is review-first. Flow365 FollowUp drafts and suggests next steps, and you stay in control before anything is sent.
Do I need to connect Gmail?
No. Manual capture still works. You can also connect Gmail and select conversations on demand. Outlook and calendar connections are not available yet.
What can Flow365 do with my Gmail?
Flow365 uses read-only Gmail access. It checks Gmail only when you ask, lets you choose which threads to review, and cannot send, delete, or change your email. Nothing is saved as a follow-up until you approve it.
What is a Space?
A Space is one area you want help managing, such as Job Search, Family Admin, Founder Follow-ups, School, Client Follow-ups, or a personal project.
